What Meskot is

A charitable nonprofit, not a school.

Meskot Education is a charitable nonprofit organization, not a school or academic institution. We develop educational resources and work with teachers, schools, and communities to help children learn, wherever access to good education is limited.

Meskot does not run schools, charge fees or award qualifications. Schools that host an Offline Learning Corner remain their own; Meskot provides lessons and equipment, trains teachers and follows up.

Governance

A board oversees Meskot's work; the Founder and Managing Director leads it day to day.

Child safeguarding

How Meskot keeps children safe in its programs.

Meskot's programs bring adults into contact with children, in Offline Learning Corners and in school-supply distributions. Our child safeguarding policy sets out how everyone who works with Meskot keeps children safe, and how anyone can raise a concern.

No adult is ever alone with a child in a Meskot program, children are photographed only with consent, and every concern is reported the same day.
